With five generations of commercial paving experience, we at Commercial Paving of Maine have established ourselves as a premier paving specialist. We understand how best to handle new construction and the resurfacing of asphalt areas, like your parking lot or driveway. We know which sealcoating techniques work well and how best to maintain asphalt areas.
A quality paved parking lot or driveway is an investment that needs to be protected. Sealcoating the asphalt pavement by hand, with a brush, is the only method Commercial Paving of Maine uses. Our Experience tells us that this method works best at getting sealcoating material into the porous materials and cracks of your pavement.
All asphalt is 100% recyclable and reclaimed asphalt is a good alternative for folks who can’t afford new asphalt. Commercial Paving of Maine professionals know how to recycle old asphalt, and turn it into reclaimed asphalt. Using reclaimed asphalt is not recommended for all jobs, but in the right situation, it is a lower cost alternative.
Maine weather can be hard on asphalt. If left unmaintained, cracks and potholes will start to form. If this has happened to your paved area, Commercial Paving of Maine professionals are trained and ready to make the needed repairs to get your asphalt back into shape. We have tried and true techniques, developed over generations, that insure a professional repair.
