Preparing For Sealcoating

When preparing for sealcoating, keep your pavement dry for up to 24 hours before our scheduled sealcoating date. Notify family members and others, like landscapers, sanitation workers, and mail carriers, who access your paved area not to walk or park on it for 24 hours. You will need to move all vehicles and dumpsters off the pavement.

When you move items off the pavement, move them at least 100 feet from the asphalt that is be sealcoated. This will prevent unwanted dust and debris from harming nearby vehicles, dumpsters, or other items during the cleaning process.
